How your information is processed
Contact-form submissions are sent to us by email through Resend, an email-delivery service, and the site itself is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Site-usage data is processed by Google Analytics as described above. Each of these providers processes data only for the purpose it's engaged for — delivering your message, keeping the site running, or providing aggregated usage statistics — and none uses it for their own purposes.
If you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp link on this site, that conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
Data retention
We retain enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of client communications, consistent with our regulatory record-keeping obligations as an AMFI-registered intermediary.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any regulatory record-keeping requirements we're subject to as a registered mutual fund distributor.
