Regulatory status

Aylin Wealth is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN – 322442. As a distributor, we help clients select and transact in mutual fund schemes, and guide clients toward suitable PMS, AIFs, and IFSC products where relevant; we are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) — a distinct licence with different obligations. Nothing on this website should be read as personalised investment advice under SEBI's Investment Advisers Regulations.

How we're compensated

Zero upfront advisory fees — clients don't pay us directly for a plan or a conversation. As a Mutual Fund Distributor, we earn commission (including trail commission) from Asset Management Companies on the mutual fund schemes clients invest in through us. This is standard for the distributor model and is disclosed here so it's clear how we're compensated for the services we provide.
